Drift into dreams with the soothing sounds of nature and ambient music. We created a playlist with over 90 hours of restful sounds to listen to while your work, relax, or try to sleep. Sounds range from rain, winds, cozy fireplace, ocean, ambient music, and more. When Michelle got a concussion from a car accident, part of her symptoms she developed was tinnitus. Tinnitus is when your ears ring non-stop, it's similar to that ringing sound you get after going to a concert… except it never stops. It was very disruptive at first, so she decided to do something about it and created a list of melodies I could use for sleep and during the day. This playlist is a curated list of her favourite ambient melodies to distract the mind and relax. Fun fact: the name "Quietly" was born after this playlist was created in 2019. She used the white noise to drown out tinnitus thanks to quiet and calm sounds. To her, it's a reminder that you can help yourself heal, even with something as simple as white noise.
